At Pink Passion Beauty, Your time is valuable ; and so is ours. We maintain a few simple policies to ensure a smooth, and stress-free experience. Pre-Appointment To ensure flawless results, please arrive: Freshly shampooed Free of heavy products, oils, or buildup Deposit Policy All appointments require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable once submitted, unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon in advance. Deposits will be applied toward your total service balance. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment. Custom Hair / Preorder Services Any service requiring hair to be ordered (including all upgrades) is considered a custom service. Please allow at least 5 days in advance when booking services that require preordered hair. Once your deposit or upgrade payment is received, hair is ordered immediately. For this reason, all payments made toward custom hair are final. If you are unable to make your appointment, you may: • Pick up the hair that was ordered for you, or • Use the hair for a rescheduled appointment Upgrades (Zelle Only) All upgrade payments are submitted via Zelle and go directly toward custom hair and materials. This includes: • Longer lengths • Fuller looks • Specialty textures (ex: Indian hair) Upgrade payments are final once submitted. Proof of hair purchase and delivery is available upon request. Cancellations & Rescheduling Life happens! To respect everyone’s time: 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or reschedules After 2 last-minute cancellations or no-shows, future bookings may be paused Deposits remain non-refundable, regardless of notice, unless unforeseen circumstances on our end. IMPORTANT BOOKING AGREEMENT By booking, you acknowledge that all deposits and custom hair payments are non-refundable. You understand that funds may be used immediately to secure your appointment and purchase necessary products. Location The full address will be provided the week of your appointment, maintaining an exclusive and private experience for all clients. Late Policy Timely appointments help every client receive the full Pink Passion experience: 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, appointments are automatically canceled Communication is appreciated if you’re running late Booking Agreement By booking with Pink Passion Beauty, you agree to these policies.
